Simply choose to connect to the ISP router wifi if you want your device to use the normal internet.

Simply choose to connect to the VPN Router wifi  if you want your device to access the internet via your VPN service.

So as you see from the above you can connect to either wifi depending on what network you want to be on - normal internet or VPN
