Terms & Conditions For Flashing Router Service

We have included this in plain English to make the offer of Router Flashing Service Clear.

Lovecherry Limited (thats us VPN-Router) cannot be held responsible for any damage to the router either caused by us or any third parties even if caused by  mistakes or negligence so you should consider this before sending us a router.

If we attempt to flash a router and it gets bricked ( broken beyond repair) we will refund you the fee paid to us but we will not be responsible for the broken router even if it was due to our negligence. We would always use our best endeavours but if things go wrong we would not be responsible.
A worse case scenario may be buying a router that breaks when we flash it and then you cant return it to the original seller as the original manufacturers warranty would be void and although often in practise many routers get refunded if they are bought from a big supplier and just look ok in the box as they are rarely checked but it could happen so you must consider it as a risk.
Any router that you buy and send to us to be flashed will NOT have a Warranty from us.Instead we will offer a return to base "best endeavour one free repair policy" where we would try our best to fix any flashed router within a 1 year period once for free.
If a router needs to be repaired or reset up a second time we would charge currently £40 to do this. We would also try to fix routers out of this one year period also for £40.Under this repair policy if you returned a router to us and we could not fix it we would just be return it to you unfixed.
So you carry some extra risk if we flash a router for you but we would always endeavour to do our best to help you but we would not be responsible for any unfixable problems during flashing, setup or use or any other reason even if caused by our negligence.
What we will do though is provide 90 days free support to get you connected.
